This is when we meet and greet. We gather all the information we will need to in order to make the transaction smooth.
IDENTIFY YOUR NEEDS
We evaluate what you are trying to accomplish (washing, crushing) and identify the best products for you.
QUOTE REVIEW
Once we have gathered all the necessary pieces and have identified exactly what you are needing, your sales representative will send you an estimate, going over the details and answer any questions you may have.
PREPARATION OF MACHINERY
If approved, we will begin preparing your products according to your specifications.
APPROVAL
We will send you photos and videos once the machine is ready. If necessary, appointment arrangements will be made for you to see in person.
DELIVERY & SET-UP
Your product will be delivered to its destination. Once in place, we will send out a service technician to make sure everything works smoothly and train your operators.
FOLLOW-UP
We will keep in touch with you, ready to help you if needed.
